Know what this site can do
This site publishes first-deposit and beginner guides for adult players in Canada. I spent nine years as a retail-bank branch teller in Mississauga, and I re-walk each step on a real account before publishing, with fees stated in dollars up front. That work is writing and checking. It is not account support.
This site cannot resolve a dispute with a casino, cannot look at your account, and cannot ask a casino to change a decision on a withdrawal, a bonus or a verification check. Those matters sit between you and the operator you signed up with.
Send the messages that help
Useful messages point at something specific and checkable. Before you write, do this:
- Open the page you think is wrong and copy its web address.
- Quote the exact sentence or figure that looks incorrect.
- Note the date you saw it, since terms change often.
- Add a link to the operator page that shows the current term.
- Keep it short and factual.
